COURSE OVERVIEW: Welcome to Alternative Therapies: Nutrition, a Bachelors Level course in the curriculum for the degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy. The primary focus of this course is to understand emotional attachment and incorrect foods. Emotional blocks are better understood when the energetic foods are outlined in a system that is over 5,000 years old, Ayurveda. Learning a basic constitution unlocks the secrets of longevity using this ancient system from India. Lifestyles are mapped out and eating patterns are designed to use the classical power of healing with foods, or aggravating with foods. A Learning Portfolio accompanies this course and will target specific questions in the areas related to hypnosis and encountering situations with clients when there is a major block to heal food, weight reduction and emotional eating patterns. Common ailments and disorders are easily discovered and then you can adapt the script to suit the client’s needs. The mind manifests many physical connections to the body and understanding the alternative methods allow you to recognize and help the client in the nutritional manner suited for their script to unlock blockages or go beyond a plateau the client has reached. It covers only one Eastern system, Ayurveda, with a comprehensive listing explaining problems in health related to foods in order to assist any client in weight issues. An ancient method is revived to compliment modern learning styles with the same level of knowledge enhancing the learning experience.
