INFORMATION ON APOSTILLE

An Apostille Certification is an official Certification and Notarization of Legal Status and Authenticity of your degree. Many countries today, outside of the USA, require that a degree earned outside of their country, be "apostatized" before the citizen of that country may use their degree. As such, the need for an apostille certification of a degree is generally needed by those who are residents outside of the USA, or who are planning on moving to a country outside of the USA.

If the country you reside in, or plan to move to, is a member of the International Hague Conference on Private International Law, then, it will be necessary for you to obtain an Apostille Certification of your degree from Breyer State University.

The following 64 Countries are members of the Hague Conference on Private International Law:

Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China (People's Republic of), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovak Republic, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Countries that are outside of the USA and are not members of the Hague Conference, may require Authentication by the US State Department and legalization by that country's embassy. The agency provided below offers full services for authentication and legalization if the country you reside in is not a member of the Hague Conference.
