Upon
successful completion of all twelve courses, you will be conferred
the degree "Bachelor of Arts in Journalism ” and
may use the initials, "BA" after
your name.
The BA Degree prepares you for a successful career in the field
of news/broadcasting journalism. Upon graduation, this program
is designed for you to immediately enter into a position in this
specialty with news papers, news stations, radio, television, marketing
firms, etc.
The BA curriculum consists of all core courses in journalism,
covering a wide variety of areas. All courses are targeted and
precise, clear and easy to follow, yet challenging and exciting
at the same time. Each course begins with a syllabus from your
instructor, followed by course assignments. You will be given five years to complete the BA program. To review the syllabi for the

Apostille Notarization of Degrees
Graduates, who reside outside of the USA, may require their degrees to have an Apostille Certification. Breyer State University works with an agency in Washington DC that we refer graduates to for application for their Apostille of their degree. View Additional Information
1). There are no residency or travel requirements for this degree
program.
2). Courses may be registered for and paid for, all at once or one
course at a time.
3). You may take more than one course at one time.
4). Breyer State University is accredited by the Association for Innovation in Distance Education. To learn more about our accreditation

5). Tuition does not include textbooks.
6). To apply for the Degree Program, you must complete an online
enrollment application. This can be done at www.breyerstate.com/apply.htm
7). There is a one-time $50.00 admissions fee. This can be paid
by credit card online at our secure server www.breyerstate.com/pay.htm
We also accept personal checks and money orders payable to Breyer
State University. These may be mailed to 2100 SouthBridge Parkway, Suite 650, Birmingham, Alabama 35209.
8). There are no requirements for admission to this degree program,
other than a high school diploma.
9). There are no grants or tuition assistant for this program. However,
many employers are paying for or reimbursing tuition for studies
at Breyer State University. Please check with your own employer's
policy on this.
10). Breyer State University will accept transfer credits of completed
courses from other universities.
11). Upon graduation, your diploma and official transcripts will
have Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
12) We will accept transfer credits which may apply toward your
degree program. Also, we offer an innovative program where you may
apply for consideration of experiential learning/life/work experience

13). Our diplomas are beautifully done by a professional printer.
They are a light cream color card stock with blue and black foil
ink for lasting quality. The Breyer State University logo is imprinted
and our diplomas carry the gold embossed seal of the university.
They are contained in a beautiful navy blue leather-like diploma
holder with the university logo embossed in gold on the outside
