opportunities exist today for Hotel/Restaurant managers to acquire

Upon successful completion of all twelve courses, you will be conferred
the degree "Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant/Food Service
Management" and may use the initials, "BS” after
your name.
The HRFSM Degree prepares you for a successful career in the hospitality
industry. Upon graduation, this program is designed for you to immediately
enter into a management position in the world's finest hotels, restaurants,
casinos, theme parks, and entertainment complexes. Or, if preferred,
you can enter the airline or the cruise line industry with equal
ease.
The HRFSM curriculum consists of courses in business management,
restaurant management, hotel management, human resource management,
bookkeeping, public relations, and health regulations. All courses
are targeted and precise, clear and easy to follow, yet challenging
and exciting at the same time. Each course begins with a syllabus
from your instructor, followed by course assignments. You will be
given five years to complete the HRFSM program. To review the syllabi

1). There are no residency or travel requirements for this degree
program.
2). Courses may be registered for and paid for, all at once or
one course at a time.
3). You may take more than one course at one time, except for the
Management Symposium Courses; they must be taken individually in
sequence.

5). Tuition does not include the course of required textbooks.
6). To apply for the HRFSM Degree Program, you must complete an
online enrollment application. This can be done at www.breyerstate.com/apply.htm
7). There is a one-time $50.00 admissions fee. This can be paid
by credit card online at our secure server www.breyerstate.com/pay.htm
We also accept personal checks and money orders payable to Breyer
State University. These may be mailed to 2100 SouthBridge Parkway, Suite 650, Birmingham, Alabama 35209.
8). There are no requirements for admission to this degree program.
9). There are no grants or tuition assistant for this program.
However, many employers are paying for or reimbursing tuition for
studies at Breyer State University. Please check with your own employer's
policy on this.
10). Breyer State University will accept transfer credits of completed
courses from other universities. 11). At graduation, your diploma and official transcripts will
have Hotel/Restaurant/Food Service Management, as well as your major
area of study printed on the diploma.
12). Transfer credits may apply to your degree requirements. Also,
we offer an innovative program whereby you may apply for life career/work

13). Our diplomas are beautifully done by a professional printer.
They are a light cream color card stock with blue and black foil
ink for lasting quality. The Breyer State University logo is imprinted
and our diplomas carry the gold embossed seal of the university.
They are contained in a beautiful navy blue leather-like diploma
holder with the university logo embossed in gold on the outside
