Arlena Pugliese, Ph.D.

My name is Arlena Pugliese. I currently teach the undergraduate course, Health Care Ethics, for Breyer State University. I have served in the healthcare industry in various settings including acute care hospital, nursing home, home health, and insurance. I hold a nursing degree from West Virginia University (1975), a Bachelor of Education from Glenville State College (1982), a Master Health Service Administration from St. Joseph's College (1993) and Ph.D. in Health Service Administration from Southwest University (2000). I enjoy painting, needlework and quilting.
