I, Bill Makkawi, PhD MBA, MACC BBA I'm an associate professor currently teach undergraduate at Breyer State University. I hold a doctoral degree in accounting with a minor in psychology in 1998 from Florida International University. I also hold a Masters in Business Administration in 1981 from the Unversity of Florida, and a Masters in accounting in 1986 from the University of Florida.
I have been teaching for the past 24 years. Most of my research interest is in behavioral accounting which is concerned how individuals namely accountants behave in social setting and how they
make their decisions under various environmental situations. In my
spare time I play soccer and chess. I also enjoy table tennis and table soccer. I am the author of several research papers published in various academic journals. |
