Rev. Charles Davis, M Div.

Rev. Charles Davis graduated from Breyer State University with a Master of Divinity, and he has complete two unit (800 hours) of CPE training. He serviced in the US Navy for 14 years working in the area of Electronics and Electronic Warfare, this included three tours in Vietnam. Additional, he served as a drug and alcohol counselor, a Master Training Specialist and Electronic Instructor. He has ten (10) years experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in the electronic component manufacturing industry. Rev. Davis' entered the ministry in 1978 and served as pastor, counselor, teacher, and chaplain. Rev. Davis has served on various denominational committees and boards at the local and State level. He has been a Theological Field Education Supervisor for seminary student serving in a variety of ministries settings.

During Pastor Davis' thirty (30) plus years tenure as pastor/teaching/counselor/chaplain he has served hospitals and congregations in Florida, Illinois, California, Texas and Missouri. As a pastor and counselor, Pastor Davis' counseling as ranged from advice giving to crises intervention to long term counseling of children, adults, senior adults and families. He has given seminars on anger management and grief. Some of the areas of Christian Counseling have been and are (but not been limited to) addiction, death and dying, abortion, marriage, divorce, and suicide.

Pastor Davis has been married for 36 years he and his wife have 3 grown and married children and total of six grandchildren and growing. He is present serving a congregation in Independence, Missouri.
