Frank E. Armstrong, MISM

Professor Armstrong has a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Information Systems Management, both majoring in Quality Management. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management (Quality Improvement major) and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. At the present time, he is working on his Doctorate in Business Organization and Leadership. Professor Armstrong is also a Quality Engineer with a major tier one supplier to the automotive industry; therefore he has years of practical experience along with the education.

2). Design of Experiments - Taguchi DOE at the American Supplier Institute;
3). Lean Manufacturing ( Toyota methodology) at the Ford Motor Company Learning Center ;

7). Process Mapping;

9). AIAG Seminars in Control Plan, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and all other automotive manufacturing disciplines.

Professor Armstrong is a trained and certified QS-9000 Internal Auditor, a QS-9000/ISO9000 IATCA Lead Auditor for Quality Systems Management, and a certified Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) Quality Management Systems Auditor, # Q07144.

He has written several articles for various Quality magazines, created work instructions and procedures for an Engineering Department, wrote a Quality Assurance Manual and also QS-9000/ ISO9000 Quality Manual.
