Frank E. Belser, MS

Frank E. Belser is a California Police Officer Standards of Training Certified Police Academy Instructor. He has a Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Breyer State University. Frank has specialty law enforcement training in 25 different areas including Special Weapons, Sexual Assault Investigation and Police Supervision. He has worked in law enforcement since 1994, where he began his career as a reserve police officer. He is currently an Administrative Sergeant who is slated for promotion to Lieutenant.

Frank's departmental responsibilities include Field Training Officer Coordinator, SWAT Team Commander, Background Investigator and is currently commanding the department's Special Enforcement Team. He is a POST certified instructor in Radiological Transportation, Less Lethal Devices, Chemical Agents, Crowd Control and National Land Lord Tenant Training. Frank enjoys spending my off time riding his Harley, hunting, fishing and being with my family.
