Joseph T. McBride holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economic from West Virginia University . He has a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut . He has completed course on Educational Supervision for Jersey City State College.

He is currently a Section Supervisor for the State of Florida , Department of Business & Professional Regulation, and Bureau of Standards & Regulations. He oversees the Timeshare examination section, including approval of required legal documents to be filed with the Bureau and attorneys. He plans and develops workshops to educate developers, attorneys and managers in respect to current issues involving the Timeshare industry and governmental regulations. In the past he worked for the International College in Naples , Florida . His position was to oversee the academic programs, develop faculty, instruct and mentor students.
