Lynn Szostek, Ph.D.

Over twenty seven years of leadership and organizational change experience round out my career. Having held senior management positions in various organizations, I have demonstrated excellence in operations and marketing leadership. I have worked with organizations across many industries applying the concepts of shared vision, personal mastery, team learning, systems thinking, and organizational effectiveness, producing extraordinary results. My visionary style leadership inspires organizations to be innovative, creative, collaborative, and challenging within a context of managed risk taking. My dedication to excellence and reputation for "thinking out of the box" is only surpassed by my inherent belief in the human potential. I hold a PhD in organizational psychology, focusing in areas of strategic change, leadership excellence, organizational design, global initiatives, and knowledge integration. I have taught undergraduate and graduate classes online for six years. I serve as an organizational consultant, trainer, presenter, and change agent. Achieving many awards for my work in marketing, advertising, and other business arenas, I have been honored in the Who's Who of International Business and Professional Women.

All professional success aside, I am blessed with a loving family and a twenty seven year old son, a banker, who brings us great joy. I live with my family, including two dogs, a cat and various dust bunnies (largely because of the two dogs and a cat), in Richmond VA. I enjoy anything outdoors, even yardwork.
