Paula Lenhart, MSN

Paula Lenhart, MSN, is the system care management director for Memorial Hermann Hospital System which is part of Memorial Hermann Healthcare Systems located in Houston, Texas. She earned her master of science-nursing degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Nursing. The area and role specialization is as a neonatal clinical nurse specialist.

Ms. Lenhart holds certifications in neonatal intensive care nursing and case management. She is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses and is active in the local neonatal nursing chapter. She has held numerous positions on the Houston Area Association of Neonatal Nurses Executive Committee. Ms. Lenhart also serves as a board member for the American Academy of Case Management.

Ms. Lenhart has twenty years of nursing experience and has held positions such as staff nurse, unit educator, nurse clinician, case manager and mid-level manager.
