The student has defined each of the Self-Design courses around
a solid curriculum that will meet the objectives of the degree
program in Transformational Leadership.
Upon completion of a Self-Design Course, the final analysis and
approval provides the student with course equivalents related to
the over all learning objectives of the course.
Course: SD 880 with the following course equivalents earned:
MG 880 - Assessing Management Research Outcomes - 3 hrs
MG 885- Strategic Transformational Leadership- 3 hrs
The student's learning contract for SD 880 consisted of defined
learning objectives and methods of learning for all of the content
and subject material as defined for the course. The student's successful
completion of all learning objectives results in the student's
award of three course equivalents of 3 semester hours per course.
