Online Degrees at Breyer State University

Tuition Bank Terms and Agreements

This program is for all Online Degree Programs and all Certificate Programs who select this option. When you register and pay for your first course by credit card or electronic bank debit online you will complete the Tuition Bank Agreement Form.

On the Tuition Bank Agreement Form you choose the monthly amount and the monthly date you want Breyer State University to automatically charge your credit card or bank account. On the agreed date you will be charged the agreed amount stated and your student account will start to accumulate a credit balance toward you next course(s).

When you are ready to start your next course you will register for the course via Breyer State 's website. You will note on the comment section of the registration form that you are in the Tuition Bank Plan. When the registration is received the finance department will be notified of your registration and check your student account for your current credit balance. If your student account has sufficient funds for the next course your student notification will be sent out to you and the amount of your next course will be subtracted from your student account. If there is not sufficient funds to cover the next course you will be notified by email of the difference needed to be paid for the next course. Once the difference is paid you will be sent your student notification for that course.

Terms:

When you submit the Tuition Bank Agreement Form and your first monthly payment is made your tuition for your degree plan is locked and not subject to any future price increases. If you leave the plan or are removed from it for non payment your tuition lock is removed and you are subject to price increases.

Breyer State is locking tuition prices for the student therefore no refunds past the 15 days will be allowed.

If for any reason your credit card or bank account is denied for your monthly payment you will be notified by email from the finance department of the decline. You will have 5 business days to notify the finance department of the new credit card or bank account to charge for the monthly payment. If no response is received in 5 business days, you will be removed from the Tuition Bank Plan for non payment and all credit balances in the account will be forfeited.
